A team of three owners, Loyal3 was started with the goal of joining our unique talents together to meet the specific needs of each customer. Based in Evart, Michigan, we seek to serve Evart and the greater surrounding area.

Dwayne Smith

Dwayne Smith specializes in custom carpentry and craftsmanship. He will treat your home and project as if it were his own. The tiniest detail will not be left undone.... Dwayne lives with his wife of 33 years, Terri, in Evart, MI. He is a proud father and avid golfer. Don’t let this construction guru fool you: he makes a mean pie, too! 

Joel Hamilton

Joel Hamilton is a math wiz project manager that will ensure your project is finished in a timely, thorough manner. You will most likely meet Joel at the beginning of your project as you discuss timeframe and cost. Framing and kitchens are also his forte... Joel and his wife Kris stay busy with their four kids in Evart, MI. Raised in Alaska, Joel enjoys the outdoors, golfing and a good ole fashion board game!

Mat Kalvelage

Mat Kalvelage will meet your tiling and roofing needs with precision. After reconstructing homes following Hurricane Katrina, he is ready to serve you fully... Mat and his wife Bailey are Michigan transplants from Nebraska and Ohio. Give Mat a Husker game, an action movie or a game of golf and he’s good to go!  Mat has unfortunately moved back to Nebraska to help his father with their family business.  His great smile and demeanor are greatly missed.
